I spend a lot of time writing various blogs but my employer's have found it useful for their line of work as I have a work-related blog too, so they turn a blind eye to my personal writings on my own blog. So, please remind that in France only french law applies. And that here in Paris "Prud'hommes" (work matters Court) are always on employee's side, not on employer's one. But it will take a long time to settle, as always with Court & Lawyers. In the meantime, I hope you the best, take good care of yourself and try not to feel guilty : you cannot possibly be guilty of using your free speech right !
