Having come through a prud'hommes unscathed and 25,000 euros better off (although my lawyer grabbed 30 percent), my advice to you is "Enjoy it!" See it as "life is but a stage ..." etc. If you are taken to Appeal, do not despair! My case took four years but the best part was at the Appeal Court where a judge took to me as a reviled and battered over fifty "thrown to the dogs" by a cruel employer. It's not the money that counts, it's that Truth must -and will - triumph!
